Keirungba who takes refuge in the Puppet government of Colonial Masters is an absconder.

Lt. Col. Keirungba, real name Irom Ibotombi Meetei, S/O (Late) I. Buno @ Guno and I. Ongbi Wahengbam Ningol Memma of Nambol Thangtek Awang leikai who was working in the Health & Family Welfare Department of The Revolutionary People’s Front had withdrawn a huge sanction amount from the Finance Department after the approval from the Party Authority, the said allotted amount intitle for the Unit/Department/Station (U/D/S) for monthly basis had not to reach appropriately, then the U/D/S authorities asked him several times to release the sanctioned amount but he keeps on escaping and deceiving ever since. U/D/S had given him a few more times to clear the situation but did not receive a single response from him, then only a complaint from the U/D/S had summited to Party Authority. After querying the total sanction amount and remaining balance to be clear comes up as 1,341,500 Indian Rupees. Regarding the matter, Party had arranged to create an inquiry committee to investigate Keirungba regarding the said complaint, in the meantime, he abscond the Party.  

After deceiving and misusing the huge amount of the Party, Keirungba absconds, to solicit and shelter underneath the enemy Puppet Government where he is vending the honour and image of the Independent Movement.
